thanks for your story, unfortunately we have had the windows installed and are now experiencing that they are not working the way they are suppose to. We supposedly had the low E Argon installed which is suppose to save on the heating bill and keep the rooms warm. We are not suppose to need plastic up to the windows and we have had to put plastic up to keep the cold air out. I was attempting to look up a number to call and get someone to come out and check the window and instead I got this. While disappointed I am thankful that I am not just constantly searching and getting not where. I am glad to know that the company is out of business and can not take advantage of others.
