Rick who's dad owned the company had the up most integrity and I know this from personal experience with selling with him as a young man.

The people that have brought this company to their knees should be ashamed of themselves. This company had sales down to a science and if you could not afford the product you would not buy it. I am now a builder who owes my life to this company and giving me a chance. I never ever have seen anyone do anything wrong or misrepresent Pacesetters products.

The idea that someone that loves to complain even if the job is done correct is crazy. To this day I have more customers trying to scam than I could even say. I would say almost 85% of customer want something for free and will lie and blame others to get out of paying a bill.

If I as large company like Coca Cola I would hire Rick to handle my sales force just because he is so good at communicating and teaching sales people the correct way of selling a product. If you did one thing wrong you were fired with this company.

God Bless the Pacesetter corp because they have helped so many people in need of repairs on their house, that would otherwise been left with no way of fixing a problem. This company was into energy efficient stuff before is was cool or go green.

Just to set the record straight check out the prices of a Hurd window and a Marvin window. They are 5 to 6 times more expensive than the products this company sold. But have a poor design and most people would not even be able to afford a door from them.
