I recently purchased a house in Atlanta that has storm windows marked Pacesetter. I felt the windows were of poor quality and installed poorly. I indicated to my partner that smelled a home improvement scam. I did an internet search and the messages posted to this blog appear to confirm this with the exception of someone who claims that the company did not survive due to corporate thievery. From my first hand observation I strongly disagree. The windows,therefore the product is the issue. "fags", what does that have to do with windows. I would be wary of this business model when contracting for home improvements.
