well it started in may of 2000 when I had called not even 6 months out to let them know that Pacesetter had failed to put caulking on over half the windows and they had air leakage and some of the windows were not closeing right. they had told me that if i need them to come out i was going to have to pay so much which should have came out of the warranty. Also now it is not yet 10 years and found that one window is warping out in the corner for some reason and went to warranty only to find out they r out of buisness. which really sucks. fig never again will i do that. we had spent 4780.00 in windows and they couldnt even do simple install along with warranty work after 6 months now what.
