Replacement parts needed
My parents are in the process of remodeling my late grandparents' 100 year old home. These windows were purchased by my elderly grandparents several years ago, and my parents are now finding that most of the windows will either not open or are extremely difficult to open. The house has lots of windows, so replacing them is a costly last resort. I've unsuccessfully searched on ebay for replacement parts. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks so much for the help!
