WE had a pacesetter rep over yesterday for a 5pm visit. It was to infor us of the quality windows. It turned into a 5 hour torture session. The lady was nice...but she was not experienced. She quoted so many different prices and she always said..."oh that isn't right I forgot to add something". My daughter was hungry, she had a fever and her asthma needed attention twice for breathing treatments. Did the representative from Pace setters care" NO. She butted in right through dinner hour which we didn't get until 10 pm after she left. After reading these stories on the web site I am cancelling my contract today. I felt pressured and I wanted to get her out of my house so badly. Thanks you so much for sharing these stories it saved me alot of future problems avoiding pace setters.
